Alvorlande Cruz, ex-vereador, articulador do ex-prefeito Julio Lossio, e agora recentemente foi contratado por Miguel Coelho, para ser Assessor especial e interlocutor entre Câmara de vereadores e Gestão Novo Tempo.
Basicamente o trabalho de Alvorlande Cruz, é fazer com que os entraves entre Legislativo e Executivo sejam dirimidos e assim haja consonância entre os poderes. No entanto, por ser uma máquina de engenharia e dar muito a cara à tapa, o Assessor, se expõe e isso tem deixado muita gente com o pé atrás em relação à postura de Alvorlande.
Ousado e sem temer naquilo que pronuncia, Alvorlande já conseguiu que metade da bancada de situação (seus colegas), seja desfavorável à sua permanência como interlocutor na Casa.
Assim sendo, Cruz, vai se tornando o homem certo, a bola da vez! Miguel que já conhece o rapaz, sabe das suas engenharias, e ele vai, com certeza, saber levar os vereadores a serem coesos com as ordens do chefe.
A ciumeira tem sido generalizada, e Alvorlande Cruz segue seu trabalho, sendo quem sempre foi.
