Anvisa determina recolhimento de suplementos alimentares
A Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (Anvisa) determinou que suplementos alimentares da marca Orient Mix sejam recolhidos do mercado. A medida foi publicada nesta terça-feira (25) no Diário Oficial da União (DOU).
Foram identificadas inconsistências em propagandas veiculadas pela empresa na internet. As peças publicitárias atribuem propriedades terapêuticas, de saúde ou funcionais aos produtos que não são autorizadas aos alimentos. As informações são do Portal Brasil.
Assim, a Anvisa suspendeu a venda e uso de diferentes produtos fabricados pela empresa Orient Mix Fitoterápicos. Os suplementos suspensos eram vendidos em cápsulas de vitaminas A, C e E, fabricadas à base de café verde, chá verde, acerola, hibisco, goji berry e cranberry.
