Em Afrânio (PE), no Sertão do São Francisco, 200 agricultores tiveram as suas dívidas quitadas junto ao Banco do Nordeste, ontem (16). Isso, graças a uma parceria da Prefeitura e o Banco do Nordeste, que anistiou produtores rurais que contraíram dívidas até 31.12.2006.
A anistia foi feita com produtores rurais que contraíram dívidas até 31 de dezembro de 2016. O montante da dívida era de 305 mil reais. A prefeitura pagou 5% desse montante e o restante foi liberado pelo Banco com o objetivo de fortalecer as políticas de investimento na agricultura no município.
