A redação da Lei nº 12.781, de 2013 no Art. 1o afirma que : é proibido, em todo o território nacional, atribuir nome de pessoa viva ou que tenha se notabilizado pela defesa ou exploração de mão de obra escrava, em qualquer modalidade, a bem público, de qualquer natureza, pertencente à União ou às pessoas jurídicas da administração indireta.
No artigo 2º diz também que: é igualmente vedada a inscrição dos nomes de autoridades ou administradores em placas indicadores de obras ou em veículo de propriedade ou a serviço da Administração Pública direta ou indireta.
Para piorar essa vexatória situação, o Art. 4º afirma que: a infração ao disposto nesta Lei acarretará aos responsáveis a perda do cargo ou função pública que exercerem, e, no caso do artigo 3º, a suspensão da subvenção ou auxílio.
É justamente a perda do mandato que o vereador Ronaldo Silva (DEM) de Petrolina está pedindo para acontecer na sua vida política. O vereador, orientado não sei por qual assessor “inexperiente”, simplesmente fez uma grande besteira, ferindo justamente o que diz a constituição sobre o assunto: colocou seu nome em prédio público. Vale lembrar que apesar de serem prédios alugados, ao se tornarem uma Nova Semente, se torna prédio público. Veja o que o vereador postou no Instagram nesta semana:
