A revelação de que Joesley Batista, dono da JBS, gravou o presidente da República, Michel Temer, com autorização da Justiça, explode a República que começava a respirar após o impeachment de Dilma Rousseff. Agora, é Temer que entra na fila por suposta obstrução de Justiça ao avalizar pagamentos para “calar” Eduardo Cunha.
A estratégia da delação não é por acaso e num momento qualquer. A JF Holding está prestes a fazer IPO bilionário na Bolsa de Nova York e os irmãos já tratam com a Justiça americana limpar o nome da empresa para seguir em frente. Os irmãos Batistas, bem orientados por advogados, decidiram pela delação premiada no Brasil e num pagamento de multa nos Estado Unidos numa estratégia para salvar o seu grupo empresarial. Em suma, governos passam, mas a empresa fica.
Ainda há o caso de Rocha Loures, principal assessor de Temer, que foi filmado pela PF recebendo mala de R$ 500 mil, segundo reportagem do O Globo. Isso coloca Temer na fila da guilhotina.
Outro enrolado, de acordo com a denúncia revelada, é o senador Aécio Neves. Ele pediu R$ 2 milhões a Joesley para pagar advogados de sua defesa na Lava Jato. Mas a PF rastreou o dinheiro e descobriu que foi para a empresa do filho do senador Zezé Perrella, seu aliado em Belo Horizonte.
Por essa razão, o deputado Alessandro Molon (Rede-RJ) protocolou um pedido de impeachment contra o presidente Michel Temer (PMDB). A solicitação foi feita após a divulgação do conteúdo da delação premiada do empresário Joesley Batista, dono da JBS, segundo a qual o presidente teria endossado o pagamento de propina ao ex-presidente da Câmara Eduardo Cunha (PMDB-RJ).
