etido na manhã desta quinta-feira (3) após bater em dois carros, o ator Fábio Assunção permanece no 78º Distrito Policial de São Paulo. Ao UOL, o advogado do ator, Theodoro Balducci, afirmou que Assunção teria se recusado a pagar a fiança de R$ 30 mil.
“Ele está tranquilo, mas está indignado. Ele não quer pagar essa fiança por questão de princípios. Foi um acidente que poderia acontecer com qualquer um de nós”, disse o advogado ao UOL.
O acidente ocorreu na Alameda Franca, Zona Oeste de São Paulo. Assunção foi autuado por embriaguez ao volante tem a possibilidade de pagar fiança e responder em liberdade.
Segundo a Polícia Militar, quando os policiais chegaram ao local, o ator teria se recusado a fazer o teste do bafômetro, mas apresentava sinais de embriaguez. O ator também se recusou a ir ao Instituto Médico Legal para fazer exame clínico.
Em junho de 2017, o ator foi preso em uma festa de São João em Arcoverde, no Sertão de Pernambuco. Segundo a Polícia Militar, o ator agrediu pessoas e desacatou policiais. Ele também teria quebrado um dos vidros da viatura em que foi levado. Após ser ouvido em uma audiência de custódia, ele pagou fiança e foi liberado.
