Em média, segundo a Agência Estado, cerca de 200 mil ações chegavam mensalmente à primeira instância. Em dezembro, no primeiro mês completo após a mudança, os tribunais trabalhistas receberam 84,2 mil processos.
No mês anterior à reforma, no entanto, em novembro, a Justiça percebeu uma corrida a ações trabalhistas, que atingiram o pico de 289,4 mil.
