Mudando o foco das perguntas alinhadas pelo apresentador, o senador mais uma vez admitiu que o ex-governador Eduardo Campos (morto num acidente aéreo em 2014), foi e sempre será a maior baixa sofrida no partido e que faz falta em momentos de crise na legenda, como agora acontece.
No entanto, sem perder sua persuasão, Fernando Bezerra ressaltou que a legenda saiu fortalecida nas eleições municipais. O senador fez comparação com a gestão de Paulo Camara e Geraldo Julio, que reeleitos em Pernambuco, conseguiram assegurar a continuidade dos governos estadual e municipal e reconquistaram cidades importantes como Petrolina,que estava nas mãos da oposição nos últimos oito anos
