O presidente da Câmara de Vereadores de Petrolina, Osório Siqueira (PSB/PE) em entrevista à imprensa na manhã desta quinta-feira (18), no plenário da Casa explicou os detalhes da suspensão do contrato de licitação de carros alugados ao legislativo petrolinense.
De acordo com informações veiculadas na imprensa, nesta semana, o Tribunal de Contas do Estado de Pernambuco teria expedido Medida Cautelar demandada pela Empresa Brasileira de Locação e Transportes Ltda., determinando à Câmara (a imediata suspensão da execução do contrato decorrente do Pregão Presencial nº 01/2018 cujo objeto é a locação de veículos automotores). Cada vereador tem direito a um carro alugado pelo legislativo sob licitação.
No entanto , o que se sabe nos corredores da Casa Plínio Amorim, é que a ação foi provocada por “fogo amigo”, parceiros de Osório Siqueira que querem uma nova empresa fazendo o serviço no lugar da que está atualmente prestando o serviço. Ainda se sabe, que até um funcionário da Casa estaria por trás da denúncia que provocou a suspensão do serviço. Quem é esse funcionário? E por que o interesse em ver outra empresa atuando na Câmara de Petrolina? A empresa que presta serviço de locação de veículos para a prefeitura de Petrolina, já estaria de olho no gordo contrato da Casa Plínio Amorim.
Para Siqueira, a Medida Cautelar, “não é uma ‘bomba’, são coisas normais que acontece e toda empresa tem direito a questionar. Mas o relator (do TCE) entendeu que era melhor suspender para fazer uma nova licitação. Estamos aqui aguardando dentro da forma legal”, pontuou o presidente da Câmara Municipal, Osório Siqueira.
O que sabemos é que o “fogo amigo” tenta desestabilizar Osório Siqueira em Petrolina na Câmara de vereadores, e que o presidente precisa escolher melhor em quem confiar, pois se não , poderá ser engolido sem ser mastigado.
