O Diário Oficial da União (DOU) traz decreto presidencial que autoriza a nomeação de mil candidatos aprovados no concurso público para cargos da Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF) do Ministério da Justiça e Segurança Pública.
Pelo decreto, o provimento dos cargos ficará condicionado à existência de vagas na data da nomeação e à autorização em anexo próprio da Lei Orçamentária Anual e observação das restrições impostas pela Lei de Diretrizes Orçamentárias (LDO).
“O diretor-geral da Polícia Rodoviária Federal deverá verificar previamente as condições para nomeação dos candidatos e editar os atos necessários ao cumprimento do disposto neste decreto”, cita o texto agora publicado.
