Nordeste: Lula planeja encontros com dirigentes do Centrão
Além da tentativa de conquistar apoios regionais à sua eventual candidatura.
Na caravana que programa pelo Nordeste, o ex-presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) pretende promover encontros com dirigentes do Centrão, bloco partidário que compõe a base aliada do presidente Jair Bolsonaro (sem partido) no Congresso Nacional.
Além da tentativa de conquistar apoios regionais à sua eventual candidatura, o dirigente petista tem como intenção demonstrar publicamente que a coalizão partidária não é unânime no respaldo à atual gestão federal ou em uma eventual reeleição do atual presidente.
Na Bahia, por exemplo, primeiro destino da agenda de viagens que deve ser iniciada no final de julho, Lula programa um encontro com o vice-governador João Leão, do PP. A ideia é que participem da reunião integrantes da bancada federal da sigla na Bahia.
No Piauí, a ideia é que o ex-presidente petista se encontre com lideranças do PSD, partido que, no estado, integra a base de apoio do governador Wellington Dias, do PT.
A defesa de dirigentes petistas é de que Lula aproveite a passagem pelo Piauí para se reunir com o senador Ciro Nogueira, presidente nacional do PP e um dos líderes do centrão mais afinados ao governo federal.
Na Paraíba, a ideia é que o ex-presidente petista tenha um encontro com o governador João Azevêdo, do Cidadania. A intenção é de que ele se reúna também como o deputado federal Aguinaldo Ribeiro, do PP, e com o ex-prefeito de João Pessoa Luciano Cartaxo, do PV.
Para as viagens que fará ao Nordeste, Lula planeja fazer um discurso em defesa da vacinação contra o coronavírus e na adoção de políticas sociais para o combate à pobreza, na tentativa de fazer um contraponto a Bolsonaro.
Para evitar aglomerações, a agenda de encontros do petista não será divulgada. A ideia é de que ele participe de reuniões pequenas e fechadas, respeitando as orientações de distanciamento social da OMS (Organização Mundial de Saúde).
Nos últimos meses, Bolsonaro tem intensificado viagens oficiais à Região Nordeste, justamente na tentativa de avançar sobre um eleitorado que, segundo pesquisas de opinião, apresenta maior rejeição ao atual governo na comparação a outras regiões do país.
