O entendimento das lideranças, segundo Maia, é que nao haveria quórum para que a votação fosse aberta nesta sexta (14) e nem na próxima segunda-feira (17), quando se inicia o recesso. “Eu estava disposto a votar na segunda, mas os líderes da oposição e do governo optaram pelo dia 2 de agosto”, disse.
Maia explicou ainda que, antes da votação, deverão ser dados 25 minutos para que o relator do parecer e a defesa do presidente exponham seus argumentos novamente.
