O Ministério Público acusou um casal de matar uma jovem de 20 anos, com quem o suspeito manteve uma relação extraconjugal. Segundo a acusação, citada pelo G1, foi a mulher do suspeito que exigiu que ele matasse Vitória Luiza da Silva, sendo essa a condição imposta para a continuidade da relação de ambos.
O corpo da jovem foi encontrado carbonizado num bairro de Praia Grande, em São Paulo, no início de abril.
O suspeito, de 25 anos, era casado e mantinha um relacionamento com a vítima de quem ocultou o seu estado civil.
De acordo com a acusação do Ministério Público, a morte da jovem foi premeditada pelo casal. Os suspeitos teriam a atraído para um local afastado onde o homem teria baleado a vítima com um tiro na cabeça.
O casal voltaria ao local do crime para se desfazerem do aparelho celular da vítima, momento em que decidiram atear fogo à jovem.
Foram os familiares de Vitória que alertaram as autoridades sobre o seu desaparecimento. Segundo a Secretaria de Segurança Pública (SSP), o casal foi indiciado por feminicídio e ocultação de cadáver, estando ambos detidos preventivamente.
