A Câmara dos Deputados, aprovou nesta terça-feira, 9, a PEC dos Precatórios. O projeto de Emenda à Constituição permite ao governo driblar o teto de gastos e abre espaço para novas despesas de R$ 91,6 bi em 2022.
Parte desse dinheiro será usado para pagar R$ 400 no Auxílio Brasil. A PEC precisava de 308 votos, mais foi além e chegou aos 323 votos na votação desta terça-feira (9).
Partidos como o PDT e o PSB, que tinham orientado voto favorável, orientaram contra na votação de hoje, mas o resultado não foi o esperado pela oposição.
A base governista conseguiu os votos necessários para a aprovação em segundo turno e agora a PEC vai ao Senado Federal onde terá que ser votada em dois turnos.
