Tem coisas que acontecem em Petrolina que francamente não dá para entender.Desde que o conselheiro Valdecir Pascoal (TCE) expediu monocraticamente em outubro deste ano uma Medida Cautelar, que foi requerida pela Empresa Brasileira de Locação e Transportes Ltda.,determinando à Câmara Municipal de de vereadores a imediata suspensão da execução do contrato decorrente do Pregão Presencial sobre a locação de veículos automotores, de lá para cá, os vereadores estão sem veículo e sem poder usar o cartão que autoriza o uso de combustível.
Pela Lei os vereadores só podem usar o combustível em veículos oficiais,e como eles estão sem veículos oficiais por causa da Medida Cautelar, o abastecimento fica indisponível. São 90 dias gastando do próprio bolso para bancar as idas e vindas e os trabalhos na suas respectivas bases. Um desgaste dos grandes para aquele que vai assumir seu quinto mandato, a saber, Osório Siqueira.
Como será resolvido esse grande problema? Com a palavra a digníssima Casa de Leis.
