O Instituto de Previdência dos Funcionários Públicos de Petrolina (IGEPREV) vai realizar Censo Previdenciário minucioso com digitalização e armazenamento dos dados cadastrais de todos os funcionários ativos, aposentados, pensionistas e dependentes ligados a Prefeitura e Câmara dos Vereadores, o que engloba o próprio Instituto. Até aí tá massa.
O que chama a atenção, é a abertura de concorrência para que empresas se habilitem para realizar o censo. Para isso, o instituto vai desembolsar nada menos que R$ 350.000,00 (Trezentos e cinquenta mil Reais), dinheiro público , dinheiro do trabalhador aposentado e da ativa. E a pergunta que fica no ar é: na prefeitura, ou no próprio Instituto não tem pessoas qualificadas para isso? É preciso gastar rios de dinheiro?
O pregão presencial para contratação de empresa especializada acontecerá dia 11 de abril, às 9h, na prefeitura de Petrolina. E haja dinheiro, e haja inventar meios para gastar, gastar, gastar….Eita povo gastão!
De acordo com o edital, a realização do censo, tanto para estatutário como CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho) vai cumprir determinação da legislação previdenciária Federal e Municipal, visando à criação de um banco de dados atualizado. O sistema, segundo o IGEPREV, permite o cruzamento de informações com o CNIS/RPPS e com o Sistema Nacional de Óbitos do INSS, auxiliando no combate a fraudes na previdência.
