Petrolina: vereador Pastor Alex de Jesus parabeniza deputado Willian Brígido por Projeto na ALEPE
O deputado defende que o motorista que estiver nessa condição, só precisa pagar pelo auto da infração, que gerou a apreensão do veículo, e não mais ter que liquidar todos os débitos anteriores para ter o veículo liberado.
O pastor vereador Alex de Jesus (republicanos), parabenizou a iniciativa da Assembleia Legislativa do Estado (ALEPE), por conta de um Projeto de Lei de autoria do deputado William Brigido (Republicanos / PE), que modifica a forma de cobrança de multas e/ ou impostos para a liberação de veículos apreendidos durante blitz no Estado.
De acordo com o projeto, fica proibida a obrigatoriedade do prévio pagamento de impostos e/ou taxas ou quaisquer débitos antigos como condicionante para a retirada de veículos apreendidos pelos órgãos fiscalizadores. O deputado defende que o motorista que estiver nessa condição, só precisa pagar pelo auto da infração, que gerou a apreensão do veículo, e não mais ter que liquidar todos os débitos anteriores para ter o veículo liberado.
“Isso não quer dizer que o motorista estará liberado dos pagamentos antigos, apenas estamos aprimorando a lei em relação a essas apreensões. Muitas vezes, o dono do veículo é autuado e tem o bem recolhido para o depósito porque está com débito no IPVA atual, mas ao quitar e tentar reaver o veículo, é obrigado a pagar todos os outros débitos. O que algumas vezes, inviabiliza esse processo”, explicou o deputado.
O projeto está na Comissão de Justiça da Alepe para ser votado e, caso aprovado, segue para votação em plenário.
Por essa razão, o vereador petrolinense, teceu elogios ao deputado e sua atitude. Alex reforçou que essa luta é válida e que é preciso fazer força para que a ALEPE aprove o projeto que é de suma importância nessa época “tenebrosa” que atravessa o País por conta da Pandemia.
