Uma resolução acertada da Autarquia Municipal de Mobilidade de Petrolina (AMMPLA), vai dificultar o repasse,venda ou transferência de ponto e de permissões no serviço de transporte complementar e individual de passageiros de táxis, mototáxis e vans que atuam na cidade .
De acordo com a resolução nº 010/2017, qualquer cidadão que tenha a concessão desses pontos ficam proibidos de passarem para terceiros, uma vez que a concessão do serviço pertence a administração municipal.
Essa é uma prática antiga que acontece desde dos anos 80, aonde pessoas eram beneficiadas com esse tipo de benesse e depois revendiam o que de fato não é delas. Segundo informações enviadas ao Blog , muitos donos de pontos, recebiam a concessão do táxi e a vendia , em valores que variavam de 20 mil a 50 mil reais, dependendo do local que iria funcionar o táxi. A resolução já está valendo.
