Prazo para alistamento militar é prorrogado até 30 de setembro
Todo brasileiro do sexo masculino deve se alistar no ano em que completar 18 anos
O governo federal prorrogou, até 30 de setembro, o prazo para o alistamento militar obrigatório de 2020, em razão das medidas de enfrentamento à pandemia de covid-19. O Decreto nº 10.384/2020 foi publicado hoje (29) no Diário Oficial da União.
Normalmente, a apresentação obrigatória é feita dentro dos primeiros seis meses do ano em que o brasileiro completar 18 anos de idade. Para se alistar, ele deve acessar o site www.alistamento.eb.mil.br ou comparecer à Junta de Serviço Militar mais próxima da sua residência.
No caso dos brasileiros naturalizados ou por opção pela apresentação, o alistamento é feito dentro do prazo de 30 dias, a contar da data em que receberem o certificado de naturalização ou da assinatura do termo de opção. De acordo com o decreto publicado hoje, em 2020 esse prazo fica prorrogado para 90 dias.
Todo brasileiro do sexo masculino deve se alistar no ano em que completar 18 anos. Caso ele perca o prazo, está sujeito a multa e ficará em débito com o Serviço Militar. Nesse caso, não poderá, por exemplo, obter ou renovar passaporte, inscrever-se em concurso público ou ingressar no serviço público, seja eletivo ou de nomeação, obter carteira profissional, assinar contrato ou receber qualquer prêmio de governos federal, distrital, estaduais ou municipais.
