Uma nova pesquisa do Serasa Experian indicou que 61 milhões de brasileiros estão com nome sujo na praça.
Entre abril e maio, mais 900 mil pessoas atrasaram o pagamento de contas e foram incluídas na lista de devedores.
Com o aumento do desemprego e a queda da renda das famílias, cada vez mais consumidores deixam de pegar dívidas como empréstimos pessoais, faturas do cartão de crédito e contas de luz e telefone.
Segundo o IBGE (Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística), o país tinha 13,8 milhões de desempregados no trimestre encerrado em maio.
Em maio, as dívidas em atraso alcançaram R$ 274,6 bilhões em maio, de acordo com os cálculos do Serasa, informou a Folha de S.Paulo.
No cheque especial, por exemplo, a inadimplência subiu de 15% para 15,5% em maio. No rotativo, foi de 34,4% para 38%, diz o BC.
