O ex-deputado Rodrigo Rocha Loures (PMDB-PR) foi preso na manhã deste sábado (3). A informação foi dada pela Polícia Federal e divulgada pelo G1.
Rocha Loures foi assessor especial do presidente Michel Temer. O mandado de prisão foi assinado na noite desta sexta pelo ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) Luiz Edson Fachin, relator da Operação Lava Jato, a pedido da Procuradoria Geral da República (PGR).
A prisão preventiva (antes da condenação) foi em Brasília e o ex-deputado foi levado para a Superintendência da PF no Distrito Federal.
Em março, Rocha Loures foi flagrado recebendo em São Paulo uma mala com R$ 500 mil que, segundo delações de executivos da JBS no âmbito da Operação Lava Jato, seriam dinheiro de propina.
