PGR abre apuração sobre ataques de Bolsonaro ao sistema eleitoral brasileiro
Ação ocorre após Aras ser cobrado publicamente pela ministra do STF, Cármen Lúcia
Após uma cobrança pública da ministra Cármen Lúcia , do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), o procurador-geral da República, Augusto Aras, informou ao Supremo que abriu uma investigação preliminar em relação aos ataques do presidente Jair Bolsonaro (sem partido) ao sistema eleitoral brasileiro.
Mais cedo, nesta segunda-feira (16), Cármen Lúcia disse que os ataques ao sistema eleitoral brasileiro feitos pelo presidente da República, Jair Bolsonaro (sem partido), eram “graves”.
Além disso, a magistrada deu prazo de 24 horas para a Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR) se manifestar sobre uma notícia- crime protocolada no último dia 30 de julho, por um grupo de deputados federais do PT . Algo que ocorreu na noite desta segunda-feira.
