Secretaria de Defesa Social de Pernambuco (SDS), divulgou nesta sexta-feira (27), através de portaria, as normas para empresas e órgãos públicos interessados em promover eventos durante o período junino. Os interessados têm até o dia 11/05 para fazer a solicitação formal do reforço de segurança e vistorias estruturais nos eventos.
A portaria traz de forma simples as normas para a realização das festividades de São João no Estado. As orientações incluem até o limite de horário para o término das as festas. Vale ressaltar que poderão ser autorizados eventos iniciados até duas horas antes ou com término duas horas depois do estabelecido, mediante requerimento fundamentado à SDS. As informações são da assessoria da SDS.
De acordo com a Portaria nº 01 de 2018 – GT/São João, os pedidos de reforço policial para os eventos com aglomeração popular devem ser feitos de forma unificada pelo e-mail gtsaojoao@sds.pe.gov.br. Já no caso de processos específicos para trios elétricos e estruturas físicas de apoio (palcos, camarotes, entre outros itens), as solicitações devem ser feitas diretamente pelo portal do Corpo de Bombeiros.
