O líder da oposição, senador Lindbergh Farias (PT-RJ), anunciou no plenário do Senado a prisão preventiva do deputado cassado Eduardo Cunha (PMDB-RJ). O senador disse torcer por uma delação e afirmou que, caso aconteça, o governo de Michel Temer não irá resistir.
“Acaba de ser preso Eduardo Cunha. E eu, sinceramente, espero que ele faça uma delação. Se ele fizer uma delação, esse governo de Michel Temer não se sustenta por um dia”, anunciou Lindbergh ao plenário lotado, que votava uma medida provisória.
O senador também registrou que a prisão de Eduardo Cunha procedeu de forma diferente de outras ações da Lava Jato. “Essas ações da Lava Jato aconteceram com grande cobertura midiática. Dessa vez, não aconteceu. Espero que seja uma mudança de procedimento”, afirmou.
Segundo o senador, ações que envolvem membros do PT são anteriormente avisadas para a imprensa e acontecem no início da manhã. Com informações do Estadão Conteúdo.
