Sob suspeita :Um terço do Congresso, a quem caberia escolher eventual substituto de Temer, responde a inquéritos por corrupção (Crédito: Agência Câmara)
A hecatombe política criada pela delação de Joesley Batista, dono da JBS, pode ter como consequência perversa aos brasileiros, ao jogar nas mãos de um Congresso Nacional sem nenhuma credibilidade, a escolha do novo presidente da República, caso Michel Temer tenha que deixar o cargo. Nada menos que um terço dos parlamentares é investigado pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF). São 197 deputados e senadores respondendo a 445 inquéritos e ações penais na Suprema Corte, segundo estudo do site Congresso em Foco.
O rito da escolha é previsto pela Constituição, que prevê que o Legislativo é quem deve definir o novo chefe do Executivo caso ocorra a vacância do cargo. Porém, quando os constituintes redigiram o texto de 1988, não se imaginava que grande parte dos legisladores pudesse estar tão afundada em suspeitas de corrupção e investidos em salvar suas próprias peles, maquinando meios para uma anistia geral aos crimes que cometeram.
O rol de crimes dos congressistas é extenso. Vai de corrupção e lavagem de dinheiro, passando pelo uso de caixa dois, dinheiro de propina em campanhas, até a lesão corporal. Até recentemente, chegou-se a ter no Congresso parlamentares acusados de homicídio e tentativa de assassinato. Hoje, a maioria dos crimes refere-se também à suspeitas de desvio de dinheiro, falsidade ideológica, tráfico de influência, formação de quadrilha e organização criminosa. Há também crimes 
eleitorais, contra a lei de licitações, contra o meio ambiente e contra a fé pública.
No Senado, 52% do plenário de 81 senadores respondem a 107 inquéritos e 15 ações penais. Na Câmara, 33% dos 513 deputados são alvo de 252 inquéritos e 71 ações penais. “É um quadro deplorável, não é bobagem”, reconhece o professor do Insper Carlos Melo. “Traz problemas de credibilidade precária, mas não de legitimidade”, pondera. Fabiano Angélico, consultor em transparência, vai mais além: “Esses números indicam que o Congresso não está em condições de escolher o rumo e dar estabilidade política à sociedade”
Para o diretor do Departamento Intersindical de Assessoria Parlamentar (Diap), Antônio Queiroz, a renúncia ou afastamento do presidente são a certeza da realização de uma eleição indireta. “É uma contradição o parlamentar ter uma acusação semelhante (de corrupção), podendo julgar o outro, e não ser julgado por isso”, analisou Queiroz. No horizonte, são várias as saídas possíveis para a nova crise que abala o País. O cenário mais provável hoje, caso Temer se inviabilize política e administrativamente, é da realização de eleição indireta, o que seria um desastre com um Congresso apinhado de processados e sem qualquer moral.

There are occassions when it may be extremely hard to drag young kids away from the video games. If you want the very best of both worlds, there are many educational games for kids. Great post.
