Vereador Gaturiano é internado em Petrolina para tratar um cálculo renal
Segundo a assessoria , ele será hospitalizado por orientação do seu urologista, após ter sentido dores durante esta semana.
O vereador , Gaturiano Cigano, será internado no final da tarde desta quinta-feira (17), em Hospital particular, em Petrolina , para realização de um procedimento em função de um cálculo renal. Ele passará por cirurgia durante a noite, vai dormir no hospital e deve receber alta depois do repouso que exige o pós-operatório.
Segundo a assessoria , ele será hospitalizado por orientação do seu urologista, após ter sentido dores durante esta semana.
O vereador procurou o Hospital particular e um exame de tomografia confirmou a existência do cálculo renal. O urologista, que o acompanha há anos devido às crises renais recorrentes, pediu que fosse encaminhado para intervenção cirúrgica.
Entenda o problema
Popularmente conhecido como pedra nos rins (entenda na arte abaixo), o cálculo renal é uma massa ou agregado cristalino sólido que se forma nos rins a partir de sais minerais presentes na urina. Em 80% das vezes, atinge homens e na maioria das vezes é expelido pela urina, sem manifestar sintomas. Quando atinge dimensão geralmente superior a 3 mm, pode provocar a obstrução da uretra, o que causa a cólica renal, com dores agudas – na região lombar, na costela, anca ou virilha.
