Um vereador da cidade de Ponta Grossa, no Paraná, ameaçou prender Pabllo Vittar caso a cantora visite o município. A afirmação foi feita após notícias falsas segundo as quais a drag queen, na companhia do deputado Jean Wyllys (Psol-RJ), estariam na cidade para participar do festival Munchen Fest, em dezembro, e percorrer escolas a fim de abordar temas ligados à diversidade sexual.
“Se (Pablo) inventar de ir para a rua e escolas, eu vou lá e vou prender, nem que depois seja preso por abuso de autoridade”, disse Ezequiel Bueno (PRB-PR), que é pastor evangélico.
Sem saber que a notícia era falsa, o parlamentar afirmou ainda que pediria ao prefeito o cancelamento da contratação de Pabllo na eventualidade do emprego de recursos públicos no evento.
Segundo o vereador, mencionado pelo Estado de Minas, Ponta Grossa não pode receber a cantora por ser uma cidade “família e conservadora”.
