O deputado Marco Feliciano já foi processado pelo cantor Caetano Veloso, em dezembro do ano passado, acusado de calúnia e difamação. A defesa de Caetano apresentou uma queixa-crime contra o deputado federal pastor Marco Feliciano (PSC-RJ). Segundo a reportagem, em causa estão posts feitos por Feliciano nas redes sociais, onde ele questiona o motivo pelo qual o Ministério Público Federal (MPF) não solicita a prisão do cantor, uma vez que “estupro é crime imprescritível”. Ainda, Feliciano argumentou que é possível “encontrar ele dizendo que tirou a virgindade de uma menina de 13 anos”.
