Escola Legislativa começa por Petrolina curso sobre eleições 2020
O evento foi realizado na Câmara de Vereadores da cidade e reuniu diversas autoridades
A ELEPE -Escola Legislativa da Assembleia de Pernambuco, abriu uma série de cursos que vai percorrer diversas cidades pernambucanas com o intuito de levar informação sobre as novas regras para as eleições de 2020. Nesta quinta-feira (27), em Petrolina, aconteceu o primeiro encontro .
O curso sobre as eleições 2020 será promovido nas 12 regiões do Estado. A Câmara de Vereadores da cidade foi o lugar escolhido para a ministração do curso e contou com a presença de diversos políticos da região, assessores parlamentares e profissionais de Direito.O próximo encontro será realizado em Caruaru, no Agreste, no segundo semestre deste ano.
Os palestrantes convidados abordaram vários temas como coligações, prestação de contas e financiamento de campanhas, entre outros. “Queremos conscientizar os candidatos da região sobre a legislação que estará em vigor nas eleições do próximo ano, a exemplo das normas sobre propaganda eleitoral”, informou o presidente da Escola Legislativa, José Humberto Cavalcanti.
Para o desembargador eleitoral Delmiro Campos, uma das alterações mais importantes na nova legislação é o fim das coligações que passa a vigorar em 2020. “A medida vai criar um entusiasmo maior nos candidatos para produzirem campanhas propositivas, porque acaba com o efeito conhecido como calda das coligações, os candidatos que puxam votos”, avaliou.
