Por que está proibido o uso de celular na hora de votar nas eleições?
Vale salientar que o uso de celular sepre foi proibido. O que muda é que o eleitor terá que entregar o celular ao mesário
As eleições deste ano terão uma novidade para o dia da votação. O celular precisará ser deixado com o mesário da seção, mesmo que eles estejam desligados. Essa foi uma decisão do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE).
Vale lembrar que o uso de celular na cabine de votação sempre foi proibido por lei. A novidade é ter de deixar com os mesários.
Por que dessa resolução?
Como o mesário não pode ir até a cabine de votação, não tem como ter controle se o eleitor liga o celular. Até esse ano, era permitido e diversos foram os eleitores que tiraram fotos de dentro do local.
Mas qual o problema do celular?
O TSE julga que eleitores podem ser coagidos a gravar o voto em determinado candidato escolhido por milícias para comprovar o seu escolhido. Ainda é possível um cenário em que alguém compre votos e cobre provas que foi votado.
Como será o procedimento?
Pela resolução, o mesário perguntará se o eleitor possui um equipamento com ele e, em resposta positiva, deverá entregar o equipamento para proceder à cabine de votação.
E se não entregar?
Se o eleitor se recusar a entregar o aparelho, ele não será autorizado a votar. O episódio constará em ata e as autoridades eleitorais poderão acionar a força policial.
Detectores de metais
Em alguns casos excepcionais e com autorização judicial, as seções eleitorais poderão ter detectores de metais. É proibido, em um raio de 100 metros, que o eleitor porte armas também.
