Sob a alegação de que Delcídio Amaral mentiu em sua delação premiada, os advogados do ex-presidente Lula pediram à Justiça Federal, na segunda-feira (6), a anulação da colaboração do ex-senador.
No início de setembro, o Ministério Público Federal afirmou, do mesmo modo, que Delcídio teria mentido sobre fatos que levaram à abertura de ação penal contra penal pessoas. Por conta disso, à época, o Ministério Público Federal pediu a anulação dos benefícios assegurados no acordo de delação.
Segundo a coluna “Poder”, do jornal Folha de S. Paulo, a defesa de Lula pediu ainda sua absolvição na ação que investiga tentativa de obstrução de Justiça na Lava Jato.
