Parara tratar sobre políticas de direitos humanos no país, o ministro Silvio Almeida se reuniu com a representante da Organização das Nações Unidas-Mulheres no Brasil, Anastasia Divinskaya.
Na ocasião, eles trataram sobre as prioridades do Ministério dos Direitos Humanos e da Cidadania, que incluem a emancipação de políticas públicas para a diversidade brasileira, as ações conjuntas com os mais diversos setores do Poder Executivo, e a ampliação da participação social.
“É PRECISO A RECONFIGURAÇÃO DE UMA POLÍTICA NACIONAL DE DIREITOS HUMANOS, E ISSO INCLUI PENSAR NAS QUESTÕES QUE ENVOLVEM A PROTEÇÃO DE MULHERES E MENINAS”, DISSE O MINISTRO.
No encontro na segunda-feira (13), Anastasia enfatizou a importância de pensar políticas públicas com respeito às diversidades.
“Estamos à disposição para colaborar em áreas da interseccionalidade dos direitos humanos de mulheres e meninas, particularmente as que enfrentam múltiplas formas de discriminação, como as mulheres negras e indígenas, e enfrentar as violências baseadas em gênero, fatores socioeconômicos, etnia, entre outros”, destacou.
