“Trata-se de um dia histórico para o Brasil. O MME [Ministério de Minas e Energia] permanece comprometido em cumprir, de forma diligente e tempestiva, as próximas etapas do processo”, afirmou em rede social Adolfo Sachsida, ministro do MME.
Votaram favoravelmente ao processo o relator Aroldo Cedraz e os ministros Benjamin Zymler, Bruno Dantas, Augusto Nardes, Jorge Oliveira, Antonio Anastasia e Walton Alencar Rodrigues. O ministro Vital do Rêgo Filho votou contra.
