O valor total de recursos da Lei Rouanet aprovados para Carnaval do próximo ano já chega a R$ 51 milhões. Até o momento, pelo menos 23 projetos de desfiles foram autorizados.
Segundo a coluna da ‘Mônica Bergamo’, da Folha de S. Paulo, o Ministério da Cultura afirmou que ainda não houve captação dos recursos.
Entre as escolas de samba que tiveram os pedidos aprovados está a Mangueira, que poderá captar R$ 7,3 milhões e a Mocidade Independente de Padre Miguel, cuja proposta é de R$ 5,7 milhões.
