Lula ataca Lava Jato e diz não ser pombo para usar tornozeleira
O ex-presidente participou do evento Lula Livre com mais de 50 artistas
Em discurso diante de milhares de pessoas no início da noite deste domingo (17), no Recife, o ex-presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) disse que jamais aceitaria usar tornozeleira eletrônica para progredir do regime fechado para o semiaberto, o que foi sugerido pelo Ministério Público Federal.
“Primeiro eu disse para eles que a minha casa não é uma prisão. A minha casa é meu lugar de liberdade. Segundo que a minha canela não é canela de pombo e eu não sou pombo-correio para colocar tornozeleira”, afirmou o petista.
Em setembro, a Procuradoria em Curitiba havia solicitado à Justiça Federal que o ex-presidente passasse ao regime semiaberto, uma vez que ele atendia aos requisitos necessários para isso (ter cumprido 1/6 da pena e ter bom comportamento).
Em outros casos da Lava Jato, ao progredir de regime, os presos passaram a cumprir pena em casa e a usar tornozeleira eletrônica, o que o ex-presidente rejeitou.
À época, Lula afirmou que não ia barganhar sua liberdade e pediu à Justiça o direito de recusar a progressão. Sua soltura, contudo, veio antes de uma decisão final do Judiciário sobre a questão.
“Não aceito negociação. Eu quero a minha inocência, eu não quero privilégio. Eu quero que julguem o meu processo arrumem prova para dizer quem é quadrilha nesse país”, disse o ex-presidente neste domingo, em uma referência à possível suspeição do ex-juiz Sergio Moro, hoje ministro da Justiça, que pode analisada neste ano pelo STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal).
Se o STF votar pela suspeição de Moro, a condenação do ex-presidente no caso do tríplex de Guarujá (SP), que o levou à cadeia e o deixou inelegível, pode ser anulada.
“Agora a campanha Lula Livre tem que se transformar em uma coisa muito maior, porque o que nós queremos é a anulação da safadeza dos processos contra nós. Apresentem provas contra mim e me condenem, e eu não virei mais fazer discurso para vocês”, disse o petista.
Após 580 dias preso na Superintendência da Polícia Federal em Curitiba, Lula foi solto no início de novembro, beneficiado por um novo entendimento do STF segundo o qual a prisão de condenados somente deve ocorrer após o fim de todos os recursos. O petista, porém, segue enquadrado na Lei da Ficha Limpa, impedido de disputar eleições.
No Recife, em seu primeiro ato de rua no Nordeste desde sua soltura, Lula voltou a atacar Moro, o procurador Deltan Dallagnol e o presidente Jair Bolsonaro. O petista declarou que vai dedicar cada minuto de sua liberdade para libertar o Brasil do que chamou de “quadrilha de miliciano que toma conta desse país”.
“Eles estão destruindo o país em nome do quê?”, afirmou. “Eles estão fomentando a milícia em nome do que neste país?”
O evento, batizado Festival Lula Livre, teve início às 12h. Mais de 50 artistas se apresentaram no palco montado na praça Nossa Senhora do Carmo, no centro do Recife, local histórico de encontros da esquerda recifense.
Entre um show e outro, os apoiadores do ex-presidente entoavam em coro músicas que embalaram campanhas eleitorais do petista. Gritos contra o presidente Bolsonaro se repetiam nos intervalos.
A Polícia Militar não informou a estimativa oficial de público. No microfone, o apresentador do evento falava em 200 mil pessoas.
