O Conselho de Controle de Atividades Financeiras (Coaf) identificou “movimentações atípicas” na conta bancária de Mauro César Barbosa Cid, ex-ajudante de ordens do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro. Relatório com as transações financeiras acima dos rendimentos do militar foram enviados à Comissão Parlamentar Mista de Inquérito (CPMI) do 8 de Janeiro.
Segundo o Coaf, o órgão que atua no combate à lavagem de dinheiro, há indícios de transferências financeiras que “não se justificam”. O documento ainda aponta que encontrou indícios de “movimentação de recursos incompatível com o Património, atividade económica ou a ocupação profissional e capacidade financeira do cliente”. O teor do documento foi divulgado pelo O Globo.
Segundo o jornal, o Coaf registrou uma movimentação de R$ 3,2 milhões entre junho de 2022 e janeiro de 2023 da conta de um tenente-coronel da ativa que recebe R$ 26.239,50 brutos.
Cid está preso desde 3 de maio no Batalhão de Polícia do Exército. Ele é investigado por falsificar cartões de vacina de covid-19, incluindo documentos da própria família de Bolsonaro.
Na conta bancária, o ex-ajudante de ordens teria, de acordo com o jornal, enviado R$ 367.374 aos Estados Unidos no dia 12 de janeiro deste ano. Nesta data, Bolsonaro não era mais presidente e vivia no país americano, assim como Cid. O ex-presidente voltou ao Brasil no final de março.
O sargento Luis Marcos dos Reis, aponta o relatório, é um dos que fizeram transações financeiras com Cid. Ele é um dos investigados pela PF que teria mobilizado o próprio sobrinho, o médico Farley Vinicius Alcântara, para preencher e carimbar um dos cartões falsos emitidos em nome da mulher de Mauro Cid. Ele foi preso na operação Venire, da PF.
Mauro Cid já foi interrogado pela comissão parlamentar mas se negou a responder a maior parte das perguntas dos parlamentares. Amparado por uma decisão judicial do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), o ex-ajudante de ordens de Bolsonaro repetiu insistentemente que se reservada ao direito de permanecer em silêncio. O STF autoriza a depoentes a ficarem calados para não se auto-incriminarem.
