A Justiça Federal do Ceará negou, nesta quinta-feira (3), o pedido do Ministério Público Federal do estado de suspender o Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem), cujas provas estão previstas para 5 e 6 de novembro. As informações são do G1.
Na decisão de caráter liminar, a juíza Elise Avesque Frota afirma que “apesar da diversidade de temas que inefastavelmente ocorrerá com a aplicação de provas de redação distintas, verifica-se que a garantia da isonomia decorre dos critérios de correção previamente estabelecidos”.
Na quarta-feira (2), o procurador Costa Filho pediu suspensão das provas em todo o país devido às ocupações que ocorrem em escolas de todo o país.
Com o movimento, o Ministério da Educação adiou a prova para 3 e 4 de dezembro para cerca de 191 mil estudantes. No entendimento do procurador, a necessidade de temas diferentes para a redação “fere a isonomia” do concurso.
