Está marcado para esta terça-feira (6) o início do julgamento no TSE (Tribunal Superior Eleitoral) que pode tirar Michel Temer (PMDB) do cargo e levar o Brasil a ter um terceiro presidente em pouco mais de um ano.
O tribunal decidirá se houve abuso de poder econômico da chapa que elegeu Dilma e Temer em 2014, resultado de quatro ações protocoladas pelo PSDB, derrotado na disputa. A primeira ação foi iniciada ainda outubro daquele ano.
A posição da corte ganhou atenções após a eclosão de um novo escândalo político, centrado no presidente. Temer foi gravado por Joesley Batista, dono da JBS, em um encontro fora da agenda, à noite, no Palácio do Jaburu. A conversa faz parte do acordo de delação premiada negociado pelos executivos da JBS com o Ministério Público.
Apesar do escândalo, Temer descartou renunciar. Se quiserem, me derrubem”, disse à Folha de S.Paulo, em entrevista de 22 de maio.
