A igreja evangélica do Nazareno, localizada por trás do River Shopping, foi arrombada na madrugada deste sábado (12) em Petrolina, no Sertão Pernambucano. O crime aconteceu no bairro Maria Auxiliadora.
De acordo com Olimpio Tupiná, pastor responsável pelo templo, o arrombamento foi percebido quando o local foi aberto no sábado,quando um vizinho , e admirador da religião, telefonou avisando ao pastor sobre o acontecido.
Segundo o pastor, o homem que invadiu a igreja, estava fora de sí e pensava que o local era um supermercado.“ Ele disse que pensou que fosse um supermercado, porque queria roubar um fumo Saci”, concluiu o sacerdote.
