Celso de Mello autoriza abertura de inquérito para investigar Bolsonaro e Sérgio Moro
Decano do STF atendeu a pedido do procurador-geral República, Augusto Aras
O ministro Celso de Mello, do Supremo Tribunal Federal, autorizou inquérito para apurar a conduta do presidente Jair Bolsonaro. A decisão ocorre alguns dias após declarações do ex-ministro da Justiça, Sérgio Moro.
Na última sexta-feira(24/04), quando anunciou seu pedido de demissão, o ex-juiz federal afirmou que Bolsonaro exonerou o então diretor da Polícia Federal, Maurício Valeixo, porque queria ter alguém do “contato pessoal dele [na PF] para poder ligar e colher relatórios de inteligência”.
O presidente rebateu a acusação ao afirmar que não interfere politicamente na Polícia Federal e que Moro mentiu. A decisão do decano do STF atende pedido de Augusto Aras, procurador-geral da República.
Para a PGR, a fala de Moro pode resultar em, pelo menos, oito crimes: falsidade ideológica, coação no curso do processo, advocacia administrativa, prevaricação, obstrução de justiça, corrupção passiva privilegiada, denunciação caluniosa e crime contra a honra.
